Sample Reports -- Review the reporting capabilities of the Preview Assessment

The Prevue Assessment Software will produce four types of reports. To help you better understand how The Prevue can help your business, we have provided you with Sample Reports for you to view or print. Please note that you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader application installed on your system. For help on obtaining this free software, click here. These reports can be utilized for the following applications:

Selection Report
Used for hiring or selecting candidates for promotion. It provides data for comparing and individual through the use of Benchmarks. Also generates a list of suggested interview questions.

Succession Planning Report
This report compares a candidate to multiple Benchmarks, identifying the best matches within the organization.

Coaching Report
This report compares an employee to Benchmark specifications, providing coaching and training recommendations.

Individual Report
This report provides an employee, candidate or subject with valuable information for self-understanding. No references to Benchmark data are included in this format.
