When describing Michael & Kimberly Raia, some of
the adjectives that come to mind are: Dynamic, Enthusiastic, Energetic,
Direct, and Honest. Whichever word you choose, make no doubt about it that
they are passionate – no matter what the endeavor!
Michael
is CEO of Raia & Associates, Inc., a Human Resource Support Company in
Columbus, Ohio, and is the Executive Director of Profiles International, Inc.
Kimberly came into the business in 1995, and has distinguished herself
in the area of marketing and sales management.
She now holds the position of President.
With over 40 years of management, sales, and H.R. experience between
them, they help business’ of all types to hire, train, and motivate their

Michael grew up in Willowick, Ohio and then attended
David Meyers College where he received his BS degree. He spent 13 years working with the Vocations Guidance Center
in Lake County with persons with disabilities, then another 15 years in the
Aerospace Industry throughout Ohio.
Mr. Raia is a member of the Powell
area Sertoma Club International, and holds a position on the board of directors of City of Life Youth Outreach, a youth ministry in the Franklenten area of Columbus. He also teaches classes at Columbus State College in the
Business Dept. An active member
of the Knights of Columbus, Charity Newies, and the Christian Businessman
Committee. He is also a Certified
Sales Executive through Sales & Marketing Executives, International, Inc.
and an active member of the Downtown Columbus Rotary International Club.
Kimberly Norton-Raia has over 20 years as a
professional Dental Hygienist and was President of HygieneScope. (An H.R.
related company that serviced the Dental Community.)
She is also a Certified Sales Executive through SMEI International,
Inc.
Many of the local print media, trade publications, and
state agencies have published several articles that they have written.
Topics range from Sexual harassment in the workplace, How to keep good
employees, Sell your Company first, and How to I.D. the right person to
promote, just to name a few.
Michael and Kimberly, together are seasoned public
speakers and many times a keynote speaker for companies and organizations
throughout Ohio and Indiana.

Business Bureau.
Michael and Kimberly started Raia & Associates in
1995. Together they live in
Powell, OH with their 2 boys, Paul (9 years old) and David (7 years old).
